1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Exflops Technology Pte. Ltd. ("Exflops", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Services

Exflops provides on-demand GPU cloud computing resources, including GPU instances, rendering, and related infrastructure services. Specifications, availability, and configuration options are described on our product and pricing pages and may be updated from time to time.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and are billed per GPU card-hour or per card-month as selected. The price calculator on our website provides estimates only; final charges are based on actual usage and the configuration you order.

5. Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you order. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend or terminate services for overdue payments after providing notice where required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with another customer’s use of the services, or attempt to access their data.
• Resell or sublicense the services without written authorization.
• Host or distribute content that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, software, and content made available by Exflops are owned by Exflops or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant Exflops the rights necessary to provide and support the services.

8. Service Levels

Availability targets and credit compensation are described in our service level agreement. Where availability falls below the committed level, eligible customers receive service credits in accordance with that agreement.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Exflops does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Exflops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the services. You remain responsible for fees accrued before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any applicable mandatory provisions, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
